Brenda Reyes is the founder of Boss Ladies! She Means Business Network, a faith-rooted community created to empower women to build sustainable businesses and pursue financial freedom.
Through Boss Ladies, Brenda is building more than a network. She is creating a space where women can access practical tools, mentorship, encouragement, and faith-based leadership principles that support both personal and professional growth. Her vision is centered on helping women move from survival to structure, from ideas to action, and from isolation to community.
Brenda believes that a Boss Lady is a woman who chooses growth over comfort. She is intentional about her development, committed to building with purpose, and unwilling to let her past define her future. Through this organization, Brenda is working to help women grow in confidence, leadership, and long-term impact.
Sandra Vasquez
Communications Committee Lead, Boss Ladies β She Means Business Network
Sandra Vasquez is an entrepreneur and co-owner of a catering company and restaurant that she has successfully operated with her business partner for the past nine years. As a business owner and mother of twins, she understands the dedication, resilience, and creativity required to balance entrepreneurship and family life.
As Communications Committee Lead for Boss Ladies, Sandra helps oversee communication and engagement throughout the network. She supports the connection between members, vendors, speakers, and attendees, helping ensure that the community stays informed, engaged, and connected.
Sandra brings both practical business experience and a strong sense of responsibility to her role. Her work helps strengthen the organizationβs ability to communicate clearly and support a growing network of women entrepreneurs who uplift and encourage one another.
Charla McElvaine
Events Operations Lead, Boss Ladies β She Means Business Network
Charla McElvaine serves as Events Operations Lead for Boss Ladies! She Means Business Network, guiding event planning, logistics, and operational coordination. She supports venue scouting, event-day execution, operational resourcing, and the behind-the-scenes systems that help events run smoothly and grow sustainably.
Charla is a seasoned sales and market-growth professional with experience in corporate communications, meetings and events management, project management, and people-engagement initiatives. She brings precision, trust, and systems thinking to her work, with a strong focus on structure, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
Her contribution to Boss Ladies helps transform vision into execution, ensuring that the organizationβs gatherings and programs are supported by strong operations and thoughtful planning.
Angie Palacios
Founder, Boss Ladies β She Means Business Network
Angelica Palacios is a dedicated professional with over 15 years of experience in the medical and pharmaceutical field. As the daughter of Mexican immigrant parents and a mother of twins, she brings a deep commitment to service, advocacy, and community empowerment. Inspired by her personal journey raising a child with special needs, Angie is continuing her education to become a professional advocate for children with IEP and 504 plans, helping families navigate resources and support systems.
As the Community & Volunteer Coordinator Lead for Boss Ladies, Angie helps organize volunteers and supports the overall guest experience at events. She plays a key role in creating a welcoming environment while helping strengthen the network of women entrepreneurs the organization is building.
Outside of her professional and advocacy work, Angie enjoys spending quality time with her family and friends and finds joy in building meaningful relationships within her community.
